我曾经做过面试官，个人觉得面试最重要的准备工作：

1、仪容仪表：穿着打扮要适合所应聘岗位的日常要求。切忌不要打扮非主流或者暴露。

2、一份简要的简历：内容要详细、精练，尤其是要重点描述与应聘岗位相关的工作经验，并且要能背出简历上的内容。有的大学生简历像一本书，内容太多，一个学生，能有多少东西写？里面多少水分？一般面试官天天面试，根本没心情看那种复杂的简历。

3、最重要的一步：能流利地讲述3分钟左右的自我介绍。切忌不要像背书，更不要像说流水账一样把自己的基本情况或从小到大的事情说一遍，因为你的简历上已经写了。重点是告诉面试官你是一个什么样的人，为什么会来应聘，你有哪些优点是适合应聘岗位的。
